Email Agent

Curriculo revolutionizes candidate screening and application management with its Email Agent. Key features include: * Dedicated application email address for each job posting * Direct resume submission via email (PDF or Word) * Automated follow-up for missing application details * Language-aware communication with candidates * Objective scoring of candidates against job requirements This system streamlines the initial application phase by allowing candidates to apply simply by emailing their resume. The Email Agent then takes over, ensuring all necessary information is collected by automatically prompting candidates for any missing answers in their native language. This reduces manual effort for recruiters and improves the candidate experience. Once complete, Curriculo ATS evaluates each candidate, generating a score from 0 to 100 based on how well their experience, salary expectations, location, and other 'must-haves' align with the job's criteria. This provides an immediate, unbiased assessment, helping recruiting teams quickly identify top talent and focus their efforts effectively. The Email Agent is included free with the Starter plan and boasts no per-seat fees, making it an cost-efficient addition to any hiring process. Ideal for recruiting teams, hiring managers, and HR departments seeking to optimize candidate intake, reduce administrative burden, and accelerate the screening process. It’s particularly beneficial for organizations dealing with high application volumes or international candidates.
