Filomou: Lean languages

Filomou transforms language acquisition by providing interactive phone conversations with a personal friend. Key features include: • Scheduled calls in your target language • Real-time word lookup during conversations • Contextual memory for ongoing discussions • Support for 14 languages across iOS and Android This application simulates natural dialogue, allowing users to practice speaking without pressure. Simply choose your preferred call window, accept the incoming call, and engage in free-form conversation. If you encounter an unfamiliar word, a quick tap reveals its meaning, fostering in-the-moment learning without interrupting the flow. The unique memory feature ensures that each friend remembers past interactions, creating a personalized and progressive learning journey. This continuous context helps build confidence and fluency by allowing you to pick up conversations where you left off, much like speaking with a human friend. The focus is on authentic communication rather than rote memorization. Filomou is ideal for language learners of all levels seeking to improve their conversational skills, expand vocabulary, and gain confidence in a new language. It's perfect for those who want flexible practice on their schedule, offering a dynamic and engaging alternative to traditional study methods.
