KothaChobi

KothaChobi transforms video creation by making the transcript the core editor. Key features include: • Record screen, camera, and voice • Teleprompter for guided recording • Edit video by modifying transcript text • Remove pauses and retakes automatically • Offline speech-to-text processing This robust video studio simplifies the entire production workflow for Mac users. It allows creators to write scripts, record content scene-by-scene with a teleprompter, and then edit the resulting video by simply deleting words from the transcribed text. This approach dramatically speeds up editing, as cuts are automatically made in the video whenever text is removed. KothaChobi also includes powerful post-production tools such as cursor zoom, privacy blur, and the ability to add captions and studio-quality voice. The software helps clean up recordings by autocutting filler words and flubbed lines, providing a polished output. All recordings, projects, and transcripts remain stored locally on your Mac, ensuring data privacy and allowing for offline work. Ideal for educators, content creators, and professionals producing tutorials, product walkthroughs, or talking-head videos. Easily export horizontal videos or vertical shorts directly from the application. It integrates seamlessly into your existing tools, making video production more efficient and intuitive.
