Move Pro Logic

Move Pro Logic transforms the moving company quoting and operations process by eliminating in-home visits. Key features include: • Remote video walkthroughs for accurate estimates • Instant, branded quote generation with payment links • Integrated dispatch and crew management • Digital bills of lading and QuickBooks invoicing This platform empowers moving companies to capture leads 24/7 by embedding a 'Get Estimate' button directly on their website. Customers can easily record a quick video walkthrough of their home using any smartphone, providing all necessary details without the need for an on-site visit. Move Pro Logic then processes this information to produce an itemized, priced quote under your company's brand in minutes, ready for review and immediate dispatch to the customer. The system extends beyond quoting to streamline your entire operation. Once a job is booked, it seamlessly flows into dispatch schedules, facilitates crew clock-ins, calculates payroll, generates digital bills of lading, and supports QuickBooks invoicing. This comprehensive approach ensures efficiency from initial customer interaction to final payment, significantly reducing administrative overhead and increasing job conversion rates.
