Citra Decision System

Citra provides a robust platform for managing high-stakes operational decisions. Key capabilities include: • Capturing real-time human judgment for complex cases • Generating verifiable recommendations with citations • Establishing new, reversible rules from officer consensus • Deploying decision applications as apps, APIs, or embedded cards • Operating on self-hosted infrastructure with open models Citra is engineered to address situations where standard operating procedures and existing data fall short. It observes the critical reasoning of experienced officers as they make decisions, learning from their insights. When a recommendation is provided, officers can choose to override it, and Citra records the rationale for that override, continuously refining its understanding. This iterative process allows the platform to develop a "judgment memory" that becomes a lasting asset for your organization. This platform enables organizations to rapidly deploy custom decision-making tools. Simply describe an operation in plain English, and Citra builds the necessary application components directly over your existing databases. This allows for swift integration into current workflows, ensuring that critical decisions, such as those in claims processing, loan sanctioning, or regulatory compliance, are supported by a system that learns and adapts from human expertise. The core is Apache-2.0 licensed, allowing for self-hosted deployment and full control over your data and models. Ideal for enterprises and government agencies handling sensitive, high-volume transactions where accuracy and verifiable reasoning are paramount. Citra empowers organizations to formalize informal expertise, reduce operational costs, and maintain full data sovereignty.
