RnG AI Recruiter

RnG's recruiter tool transforms how TikTok LIVE agencies and creator networks (MCNs) expand their roster. This system operates tirelessly, identifying and engaging potential creators: * **Creator Discovery:** Finds free-to-join creators based on performance metrics. * **Automated Outreach:** Initiates conversations on Backstage with personalized messages. * **Multilingual Engagement:** Communicates with creators in their native language. * **Invitation Management:** Sends official invitations and handles follow-ups. * **Manager Handover:** Seamlessly transitions new recruits to your management team. This platform handles the entire recruitment funnel, from initial contact to successful onboarding. It scours TikTok LIVE leagues, gaming boards, and daily rankings to pinpoint suitable creators, adhering to your specified performance thresholds. The system can send up to 1,000 unique opening messages daily, utilizing your custom templates to ensure brand consistency without repetition. Once a creator responds, the system takes over, engaging in natural, unscripted dialogue. It explains agency benefits, addresses concerns, and maintains a personable tone with short messages and relevant emojis. The tool then extends invitations upon confirmation and ensures a smooth handover to your human managers once creators join. Ideal for agencies and networks seeking to scale their creator base efficiently and continuously, freeing up human recruiters for strategic tasks and relationship building.
