Happy Skills

Happy Skills is an interactive web application inspired by the Ikigai philosophy, designed to blend self-discovery with current global career demands. This platform offers a unique way for lifelong learners to identify and cultivate skills that bring both joy and professional success. The core of Happy Skills lies in its dynamic Skill DNA breakdowns, categorizing abilities into Cognitive, Social, Technical, and Physical dimensions. Users can explore their strengths through gamified 'vibe-check' quizzes that make the assessment process engaging and insightful. Based on these assessments, the platform generates a personalized growth matrix, guiding users toward skill development areas that align with their passions and market needs. With an intuitive and vibrant user interface, Happy Skills visualizes individual Skill DNA, presents data-driven insights, and ensures a responsive, accessible layout across devices. It's crafted to empower individuals to pursue careers they genuinely love and excel in. Happy Skills is ideal for students, career changers, and professionals seeking personal and professional fulfillment, helping them to discover their true calling and develop competencies for a rewarding future.
