laLicita.ai

laLicita.ai is a specialized platform designed to assist companies in bidding for public tenders in Spain. Key features include: * Comprehensive tender search across multiple official platforms * Document analysis to identify scoring criteria and requirements * Draft generation for technical proposals and administrative forms * Bid tracking with deadline alerts and notifications * Support for Spanish and Catalan languages This platform centralizes the entire tender process, from initial discovery to final submission. It enables users to efficiently locate open tenders from sources like PLACSP, regional platforms, and BOE. Once identified, the system helps analyze tender documents, pinpointing critical sections and scoring criteria, which streamlines the understanding of complex requirements. Users can then generate initial drafts for technical proposals, the ESPD (DEUC), and calculate abnormally-low-bid thresholds, saving significant time in document preparation. laLicita.ai also provides robust project management capabilities with a kanban board to track every bid, complete with deadline alerts and email notifications for changes in the tender process. This ensures that no critical step is missed and keeps teams aligned throughout the bidding lifecycle. The tool is built by an agency with direct experience in public tenders, ensuring practical functionality. Ideal for businesses, consultants, and legal teams regularly participating in Spanish public procurement, laLicita.ai offers a focused and efficient way to manage bid submissions. It aims to reduce administrative overhead and improve the success rate in a highly competitive landscape.
