Manas

Manas revolutionizes personal productivity by creating a self-checking todo list for Mac and iPhone. Key features include: • Context-aware todo status (done, in progress, not started) • Evidence-backed judgments from your daily activity • Discovery of unlisted work completed • Identification of time spent on non-productive tasks • Cross-device syncing between Mac and iPhone This application deeply integrates with your daily digital life, analyzing your Screen Time, browser history, messages, and coding sessions. It provides an honest assessment of your progress on tasks, complete with supporting evidence. Manas also proactively identifies work you've completed but forgotten to add to your list, ensuring an accurate reflection of your productivity. Beyond just tracking tasks, Manas helps you understand your work patterns by categorizing activities into Work, Personal, or user-defined groups. It even automatically detects and logs "waste of time" activities like excessive social media browsing, offering insights into your focus and distractions. Manas is ideal for developers, students, and professionals who want an objective overview of their day, improved task management, and a clearer understanding of how they spend their time. It’s a powerful tool for self-assessment and optimizing daily output, available free on the App Store and for Mac.
