Untangle

Untangle is a voice-first iPhone application designed to help users capture spontaneous thoughts and convert them into organized, actionable notes. Key features include: • Voice recording for capturing thoughts naturally • On-device transcription of spoken words • Structured organization of transcripts into clear notes • User-driven categorization (idea, task, note, later) • Quick capture via Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets This application simplifies the process of externalizing thoughts, allowing you to speak freely without needing to structure your ideas beforehand. Your spoken words are transcribed locally on your device, ensuring privacy, and then intelligently organized into a readable format with a heading, key points, decisions, and open items. This means you can focus on expressing your thoughts, knowing that Untangle will help bring clarity to them. The organized thoughts land in a 'Ready' inbox, enabling you to review and categorize each entry according to your needs. You maintain full control over how your thoughts are filed, whether as an idea, a task, a general note, or something to revisit later. This empowers you to manage your intellectual output effectively. Untangle is ideal for individuals who need to quickly jot down ideas, tasks, or observations on the go. Perfect for busy professionals, students, or anyone who frequently has fleeting thoughts that they want to capture and organize for later use without the friction of typing or complex interfaces.
