ToastYourCV

ToastYourCV helps job applicants bypass Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and get their resumes seen by human recruiters. This tool provides a unique two-step process: • Instant resume audit against a 50-point rubric • Identification of weaknesses, buzzwords, and formatting errors • Generation of an optimized, ATS-proof resume version • Conversion to clean, modern, and readable templates • Export options for both PDF and DOCX formats The first step, "The Roast," involves uploading your PDF or DOCX resume for an immediate, candid assessment. This audit identifies critical issues that might lead to automatic rejections, offering a clear score and detailed feedback on how to improve. It pinpoints generic phrasing, lack of measurable achievements, and formatting inconsistencies that often trip up automated screening systems. Following the audit, "The Fix" transforms your original document. It generates a single-column, optimized version designed to achieve a higher score and effectively pass through ATS filters. Users can edit the improved content directly and export their refined resume into perfectly formatted PDF or Word files, ensuring it's ready for submission. ToastYourCV is ideal for job seekers, career changers, and professionals who want to maximize their chances of securing interviews. It ensures resumes are not only visually appealing but also strategically structured to highlight qualifications and bypass technical obstacles in the hiring process. This platform helps individuals present their best professional self, converting ordinary CVs into compelling application documents.
