miCANTERA

MiCantera streamlines operations for grassroots and amateur sports clubs in Latin America, moving beyond manual tracking and communication. Key functionalities include: • Automated fee collection • Payment receipt processing from photos • Attendance tracking from team photos • Player, match, and coach payroll management • Chat-based interaction for all administrative tasks This platform liberates clubs from time-consuming administrative burdens like chasing parents for payments via messaging apps and reconciling records by hand. The system efficiently handles financial aspects by automatically collecting monthly fees and intelligently reading payment receipts from uploaded photos, updating player accounts in real-time. Attendance is simplified; coaches can take a team photo, and the platform accurately logs who was present. Beyond finances and attendance, MiCantera supports broader club management, encompassing player profiles, match scheduling, and coach payroll. All interactions occur through an intuitive chat interface, making it accessible and easy to use for club administrators. This significantly reduces the need for complex spreadsheets and multiple communication channels, centralizing all essential data and tasks. Designed for sports clubs with up to 30 players, MiCantera is free to use forever, requiring no credit card to start. It's ideal for football academies, youth leagues, and any amateur sports organization looking to professionalize their administrative processes, allowing coaches and staff to focus more on training and development rather than paperwork.
