Traceflat

Traceflat transforms floor plan images into editable 2D drawings and 3D models. Key features: • Convert photos/scans to digital floor plans • Edit plans using natural language commands • Comprehensive manual drafting tools • Instant 3D visualization • Furniture catalog for furnishing spaces • Export to PNG, PDF, or DXF (AutoCAD) This platform streamlines the creation and modification of architectural layouts. Simply upload an image of your floor plan, and the system interprets dimensions, walls, doors, and windows, generating a structured drawing within minutes. Users can then refine the plan with precise manual adjustments or leverage text-based commands, such as "make the kitchen 4 x 3," for rapid changes. The integrated drafting editor provides tools for exact measurements and object placement, supporting millimetres, centimetres, or feet. Beyond basic drawing, Traceflat allows for single-click conversion to a 3D model, enabling virtual walk-throughs and furniture arrangement from a detailed catalog. This helps users visualize spaces and check layouts effectively. Free PNG exports and project files are included, with advanced exports like PDF and DXF available through one-time credit packs. Ideal for real estate professionals, interior designers, architects, and homeowners seeking an efficient way to digitize, modify, and visualize floor plans without specialized software subscriptions. It simplifies the process from initial sketch to detailed 3D rendering.
